Implement Dual Water Supply and Construct Water-saving Society

针对我国目前水资源短缺和供需矛盾突出的现实情况,指出分质供水是建设节水型社会的重要举措,而构建节水型社会才是缓解水资源状况的有效方式。

In the light of the actual circumstances of the water shortage and the obvious contradiction between the supply and demand at present in China, this paper points out that implementing dual water supply is an important measure for constructing the water-saving society, and constructing the water-saving society is an effective measure for easing the situation of the water resources.
