摘要
按相关技术要求,选用ck45、X10Cr13和42CrMo4等三种不同材料的钢管,针对衡阳钢管厂φ89连轧管机组钢管连轧过程进行热-力耦合数值模拟仿真,研究了不同壁厚的荒管连轧过程中壁厚沿纵向的分布规律。结果表明:整个连轧过程中,钢管壁厚总体是减薄的,但并非单调减少;钢管出第1机架后,壁厚基本不变;钢管出第2机架后,开口处有少量减薄,而顶部已减薄的壁厚却逐渐增厚;孔型开口处的壁厚存在拉薄现象。
According to the relevant technical requirements, Selected ck45, X10Cr13 and 42CrMo4 three different materials such as steel tube, units for process of hot rolling steel pipe- power coupled numerical simulation, the distribution rules of wall thickness at length wise direction of steel tube at various wall thickness during tandem rolling processes were studied at Hengyang Steel Tube (Group) Co. Ltd.. The results show that throughout rolling process the total wall thickness of steel tube was thinning but not monotonous; the wall thickness was not changed when the steel tube go out from the first frame; the wall thickness became a little thinner when the steel tube go out from the second frame but the wall thickness has been thinning at the top became thicken; the wall thickness was tension-thining at the opening of the pass.
