摘要
在设计逆变式刷镀电源过程中,采用了UC3846为PWM发生器,通过全桥式驱动变压器来传输信号,外接逻辑门微机控制进行读写;并设计了过流保护,解决了恒压、波形稳定、操作安全简便的问题,达到了镀层质量好,镀液金属离子沉积率大于90%的要求。
The study of power inverter brush plating applied electroplate physics, control theory, circuit design, computer control, and many other principle, UC3846 used as a PWM generator, transformer driven through the bridge ensured signal transmission, as well as adequate power to drive full- bridge inverter main circuit. A fast over-current protection device is designed to frequent short-circuit for the brush plating process.
