Fault Diagnosis System for Automation System of Dressing Plant

由于选矿厂的恶劣工作环境以及过程参数时变等影响,选矿自动化系统的传感器或执行机构经常出现故障,控制器参数需要定时优化整定。针对这种现状,开发了故障诊断系统,可以实现故障的检测、诊断,给予故障处理提示,同时具备控制器参数自整定的功能。运行结果证明,该系统极大地方便了自动化故障处理,提高了自动化系统的可靠性与可用性,优化了自动调节系统的调节品质,具有推广价值。

Due to the influence of harsh working environment of dressing plant and the variation of the process parameters, the sensors and executive units of the dressing automation system fail frequently, and the control parameters need to be optimal adjusted in certain period of time. To solve these problems, our company developed a fault diagnosis system which is able to detect and diagnose faults, give fault treatment advices and adjust parameters of the controller by itself. It has been proved after the system has run for some time that it significantly conveniences automation fault treatment, promotes the reliability and usability of an automation system and optimizes adjustment quality of an automatic adjustment system. It is of great promotion value.
