摘要 以乙二醇、2,3-二溴丙醇或二溴新戊二醇、三氯氧磷等为原料合成了四(2,3-二溴丙基)乙二醇双磷酸酯和1,2-二(5,5’-二溴甲基1,3,2-三氧-2-磷杂己烷基)乙烷两种磷—卤协效阻燃剂,所合成的化合物均经元素分析和红外光谱证明其分子结构。将前者用于聚氨酯泡沫塑料中,添加量12%时,氧指数达到23以上,水平燃烧速率下降60%。 Two novel brominated phosphate flame retardants tetra(2,3dibromopropyl)glycol diphosphate and 1,2bis(5,5'dibromomethyl1,3,2trioxyl2oxaheane)ethane were synthesized on basis of the materials of glycol,2,3dibromopropyl alcohol or dibromoneopentyl glycol,phosphorus oxychloride.The structures of both of compounds were characterized by elementary analysis and IR.PUFF was treated with former compound,when the addon was 20%,LOI reached 25,burn rate decreased by 64% compared with original PUFF.
