浦东和洋浦开发开放是我国两块令人瞩目的改革开放试验田,身负重大历史使命。"两浦"开发开放的历史背景相同,都取得了巨大的成就,是我国改革开放的成功样本,但它们开发开放的基础、模式和产业构成存在明显的不同。"两浦"开发开放的实践表明,改革开放是经济社会全面发展的必由之路;在开发开放过程中既要尊重市场规律,又要充分发挥政府的能动作用;同时必须根据本地的比较优势确定合理的产业定位和科学的产业规划。

Pudong and Yangpu have being the two impressive Refoem and Opening experimental fields, which shoulder important historic mission. They had the same historic background, and have made great achievements. They are both the successful sample of the Reform and opening in our country, but they are different in the developping foundation, developping mode and industry structure. The successful developping practice indicates that Reform and Opening is the only way to developping economy and society.
