摘要
采用自制的成型设备研究了超饱和气体法制备不饱和聚酯微孔塑料的工艺和配方。采用显微镜对试样进行分析,确定不饱和聚酯微孔塑料的泡孔直径及密度,分析了影响泡孔直径及密度的因素。结果表明:I阶段保压时间是主要影响因素。在室温下用超饱和气体法制备微孔塑料较优的工艺和配方为:I阶段5 MPa和II阶段2 MPa压力各保压30 m in,固化剂含量4%,促进剂含量3%,制备的微孔塑料泡孔直径为10μm,泡孔密度为4.70×1011个/cm3。
Preparation technology and formula of unsaturated polyster microcellular plastics were studied by self-made microcellular plastics molding equipment. Cell size and density of unsaturated polyster microeellular plastics were studied by optical microscopy. The factors of the cell size and density were analyzed as well. The results showed that hold pressure time at stage I was the main factor. Optimum preparation technology and formula were that hold pressure time was 30 min when stage I and II hold pressure was 5 MPa,2 MPa and curing agent mass fraction was 4 % , the promotion mass fraction was 3 % by super-saturated gas preparation of unsaturated polyster microcellular plastics at room temperature. The cell size of the composite materials was 10μm,the cell density was 4.70 × 10^11/cm^3 by the technology and formula.
