细小泡孔结构木塑泡沫材料的制备及形态研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用带有超临界流体注入装置的单螺杆挤出发泡系统制备了微孔木塑泡沫材料。所制备的木塑泡沫材料的平均泡孔直径小于50μm,泡孔密度大于106个/cm3。对于木塑泡沫材料,随着木纤维含量的增加,泡孔平均直径减小、泡孔密度减小、泡沫密度增加、体积膨胀率降低。 Microcellular wood fiber-plastic composites ( WPC ) foams were prepared by a single-screw foaming extruder with supercritieal fluid injection. The average cell sizes of WPC foams were below 50 μm, and the cell density was above 106 cells/cm^3. For WPC foams,when increasing wood fiber content, average cell size decreased, cell density decreased, foam density increased, and volume expansion ratio decreased.
