摘要
超细碳酸钙被用于改性PBAT(聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯)。通过力学性能及相容性的研究,探讨了超细碳酸钙(CaCO3)作为填料及增容剂对材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明:加入离聚体等相容剂可以明显改善PBAT与超细CaCO3相容性,提高混合物的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度;在相容剂含量为3份时,共混物两相之间具有良好的相容性,超细碳酸钙的质量含量在10%,特别是相容剂(EMH4210)含量为3份时,材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度都有较大的提高。超细碳酸钙的质量含量在20%时,材料依然可以保持比较好的性能。
The effect of ultrafine CaCO3 and compatibilizer on the structures and properties of poly( butylene adipate-coterephthalate) was investigated. The mechanical properties and compatibility of PBAT modified by uhrafine CaCO3 were researed. The results showed that tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of PBAT/CaCO3 and compatibility of the composites were improved with the introduction of compatibilizer such as ionomer. SEM indicated that the compatibility between PBAT and CaCO3 was improved when the content of the compatibilizer was 3 phr. And tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of PBAT/CaCO3 greatly increased when the content of ultrafine CaCO3 was 10 % and the compatibilizer was 3 phr. The experiments showed that the properties had little changes when the dosage of the ultrafine CaCO3 reached 20 %.
