离心式挤出机振动分析

摘要 离心式挤出机属于高速旋转机械,其振动会影响工作性能和使用寿命,严重时会导致零、部件的早期失效。因此,其振动情况必须加以研究,以避免共振现象的发生,确保生产的顺利进行。主要采用有限元软件ANSYS结构分析模块中的模态分析来计算其固有频率,从而与其工作转速对比,判断其是否会发生共振。 The centrifugal extruder was high-speed rotating equipment,to this kind equipment, vibrancy could affect the working performance and operational life span of the centrifugal extruder, it would lead to parts and components assembly failing function earlier when it was severe. Therefore, the vibration must be examined to ensure the smooth production and avoid the occurrence of resonance phenomena. The structural analysis module of modal analysis was studied in finite element software ANSYS to calculate the natural frequencies, thereby, compared the natural frequencies with the actual work speed, whether there would be any resonance was determined.
