ABS消光板材挤出成型工艺

Extrusion Forming Processing of ABS Extinction Plates

摘要 针对采用SBS与ABS共混改性、造粒制得的改性消光ABS树脂在挤出板材成型生产过程中的各种工艺控制因素进行了分析和探讨,并分别对改性消光ABS、美国消光CGA1000以及未消光台湾PA747S等原料之挤出成型板材的表面形态结构和光泽度进行了测试,结果表明:改性消光ABS的各项性能指标均达到或优于美国消光料CGA1000。 The analysis and discussion were made on various processing-control factors in extrusion forming procedures with the modified extinction ABS resin which could be made by mixing SBS and ABS resins and obtaining their granulations. Moreover,the lusters and surface structures of extrusion forming plates respectively made of domestic modified extinction ABS resin,American extinction CGA1000 resin and Taiwan' s non-extinction PA747S resin were tested. The results showed that the performance criteria of domestic modified extinction ABS resin met the standard of American extinction CGA1000 material or prior to it.
