摘要
分析了普通混炼生产线工艺流程中存在的缺点,即间歇式生产及劳动强度大等;提出采用翻转式捏合机结合单螺杆挤出机的新型混炼生产工艺流程,满足了连续化、规模化生产的需要,并着重讨论了新型混炼生产线各种设备的选型和应用领域。
The shortages in general blending routing process were anaiysised, they are non - continuous production and heavy labor strength. New blending routing process is pointed out and meet the needs of continuous and a large scale process. The selection of machinery type and applied field is discussed in details.
