摘要
通过对意大利SOL IMEC公司生产的R系列622HD及625旋挖钻机底盘结构的分析和摆动伸缩式底盘失效的原因的探讨,提出了在不改变原设计结构的基础上,更换铰接油缸的活塞杆,在杆头中心位置钻适当直径的通透孔,在履带箱相应部分加一铰耳,制作一套连接活塞杆与铰耳的组合式连杆机构,将R-622HD旋挖钻机的底盘铰接油缸斜推方案改进为底盘铰接油缸斜拉斜推的改进方案,同时建议旋挖机生产厂家改进履带链,加装密封圈,采取润滑方式的链结结构以延长履带的寿命。
After analyzed chassis structure of Italian Solimec Company made R series 622HD and 625 hydraulic piling rigs, discussed failure causation of swaying telescopic chassis. Put forward an improving scheme based on unchanged original designed structure, changed over piston rod of the hinge jointed cylinder, drilled a suitable diameter through hole on the center of rod end, added a hinge lug at the corresponding part of track box, made a set of combined link mechanism to connect piston rod and hinge lug. Changed the chassis hinge jointed cylinder of R-622HD hydraulic piling rig slanting push scheme into slanting pull and push scheme, meanwhile advised hydraulic piling rig producer to improve the track link by fitting on O-rings and link mechanism with lubricating system to prolong track life.
