摘要
采用尼龙冠带层是提高轿车子午线轮胎高速性能的有效措施之一。对胶料性能的要求是,在提高自粘和不喷霜性的同时,保证与胎冠胶、钢丝带束层胶300%定伸应力的合理匹配;对胶料进行小配合及车间大料试验,并对采用尼龙冠带层的轮胎进行高速性能试验。试验结果表明,采用尼龙冠带层可明显提高轮胎的高速性能,满足低断面高速度级别产品的需要。
A study was made on the application of nylon cap ply to improve the high speed performance of radial passenger car tire.The tackness and the bloom of nylon cap ply compound were improved by laboratory compounding test and pilot production while its modulus at 300% were reasonaly matched to those of crown compound and belt compound.It was shown by the test that the high speed performance of the low aspect ratio speedrated tire could be significantly improved with the application of nylon cap ply.
