摘要
利用美国SCHRAMMM公司的T200车载多功能全液压顶驱车载钻机,在山西柳林地区完成了一口煤层气参数井。该井采用二开井身结构:一开采用空气潜孔锤钻进;二开交替采用三牙轮钻头无心钻进及PDC取心钻头与WH-B型取心钻具取心钻进,钻进至太原组9+10号煤层顶板40m完钻,下石油套管固井。钻进过程中根据不同井段,使用不同的钻进参数。为确保井内安全和井身质量,使用优质低固相和无固相钻井液,并配备除砂装置,及时检测钻井液各项性能指标,防止对煤储层造成伤害。该井施工使用T200型钻机,平均时效达1.97m/h,完井质量较好。
By the use of T200 truck-mounted multipurpose hydraulic top-drive drilling rig of US Schramm Inc., a CBM parameter well has been drilled in the Liulin area, Shanxi. The well configuration is two spud-in sections, the air DTH-hammer has been used in first section drilling, while the alternating tricone bit non-core, and PDC bit, WH-B type tool core drillings in the second section. Drilling accomplishment position is 40m below the No.9+10 coal seams of the Taiyuan Formation, then consolidating with oil casing pipes. In different sections, different drilling parameters were used. To ensure well safety and quality, high quality less solid phase and non solid phase drilling fluids were used, desanding device equipped, fluid performance indices have checked in due course to prevent coal reservoir damaging. Average hourly efficiency is 1.97m/h; well completion quality is rather good.
