摘要 提升竞争力是当前国有企业参与全球化市场竞争的必然要求,而加强国企薪酬管理是提升竞争力的关键举措之一。国企薪酬管理的改革的基本策略是:探索提升企业竞争优势的薪酬战略;设计科学合理的薪酬体系;建立科学的考核体系,不断完善增资机制;引入薪酬系数、薪点制技术工具等。 To promote co mpetitiveness is inevitable requirement to state-owned enterprises under global market competition at present, while to strengthen salary administration is one of key moves to step up competitiveness. Basic strategy to reform state-owned enterprises salary administration is: to probe into strategy of salary can promote enterprise competitive edge; design scientific rational salary system; establish scientific assessment system; perfect wage increase mechanism constantly; introduce techniques and tools of salary coefficient, salary point system etc.
