深化企业改革,增强企业活力,使企业在国内外市场竞争中生存、发展和壮大,关键在于企业必须强化以"人"为中心的管理。人是企业的首要资源,是企业管理的主体,人在企业精英活动中起着决定性作用。企业领导者要重视企业人的地位与作用,要重视自身领导行为的研究,增强民主意识,实行民主管理,同时要建立和完善创新意义上的管理机制和工作机制。未来企业管理的发展趋势就是向"人"发展,以"人"为核心发展。
