摘要 深化企业改革,增强企业活力,使企业在国内外市场竞争中生存、发展和壮大,关键在于企业必须强化以"人"为中心的管理。人是企业的首要资源,是企业管理的主体,人在企业精英活动中起着决定性作用。企业领导者要重视企业人的地位与作用,要重视自身领导行为的研究,增强民主意识,实行民主管理,同时要建立和完善创新意义上的管理机制和工作机制。未来企业管理的发展趋势就是向"人"发展,以"人"为核心发展。 To reform enterprise in-depth, instill vitality into the enterprises make them to survive, develop and grow in strength during competitions both at home and abroad, the key point is rested with the human centered management have to be strengthened. People are principal resource in enterprises, the subject of business management, played decisive effect in participation of elite's activities. Leaders of enterprise have to think highly of people's status and function; research of self leadership behavior; boost up democratic awareness, implement democratic management; establish and perfect innovative management and work mechanisms at one time. Future development trend of business management will be people oriented and centered.
