本文介绍了DTY机UNITENS丝质量监测系统的基本组成、监测原理及使用情况，说明采用该系统可实现对加弹丝质量的连续监测，并为快速设定最佳工艺及判断锭位故障提供了极大方便。
In this article, the basic configuration, the supervisory principle and the condition of service of UNITENS quality monitoring system in DTY machine. The result shows adoptingthis system to monitor continually the quality stableness of textured filament is achieved.And this provides convenience for fast setting the best process and judging spindle breakdown.
