基于马斯洛需求层次理论的工作压力源分析

摘要
基于马斯洛需要层次理论中的生理、安全、归属、尊重和自我实现需要对六大类的工作压力源进行了分类,简要说明企业在缓解员工工作压力时应认清员工的主要需求层次,着力于员工最需要的层次加以解决,才能收到最好的效果。
