摘要
利用60Co-γ射线预辐照接枝法,研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维与丙烯腈(AN)在水中的接枝共聚反应。讨论了预辐照剂量、反应时间和接枝液组成对接枝率的影响,用FT-IR对接枝共聚物进行了表征,用TG研究了接枝纤维的热性能。结果表明,接枝率随预辐照剂量和反应时间的增加而增加,接枝纤维具有较高的热稳定性。
The grafting copolymerization of acrylonitrile onto polyvinyl alcohol fiber in water solution by using preirradiation method has been studied. The effect of preirradiation dose, reaction time and component of grafting solution on grafting have been discussed. The graft copolymer were characterized by FTIR and TGA. The results show that the grafting increases with the increase of preirradiation dose and reaction time, graft copolymer has excellent thermal stabilities.
