摘要 将玉米淀粉进行氧化反应和糊化反应后,与聚乙烯醇(PVA)和干酪素进行复配,制备出高粘接力、快干型改性淀粉标签胶;讨论了各组分对标签胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:改性淀粉标签胶的最佳配方是淀粉50g,高锰酸钾0.5g,氢氧化钠5g,PVA5g,干酪素10g,硼酸、尿素和乙醇适量。 A fast dry type of label adhesive with high bonding strength based on modified starch was prepared by mix method between polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and casein and cornstarch which was modified by oxidation reaction and pasting reaction. The influences of various components were discussed on performances of label adhesive. The research results showed that the optimum formula of modified starch label adhesive was determined when masses of starch,KMnO4,NaOH,PVA and casein were respectively 50 g,0.5 g,5 g,5 g and 10 g,masses of boric acid, carbamide and alcohol were respectively moderate.
