摘要 以活性炭负载磷钨酸催化剂,以苯乙酮和乙二醇为原料合成苯乙酮乙二醇缩酮,研究了物料配比、催化剂活性、催化剂用量、带水剂、反应时间等因素对反应收率的影响,得出优惠实验条件为:n(苯乙酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.2,催化剂用量为苯乙酮质量的12.5%,带水剂环己烷用量为500mL/mol苯乙酮,反应回流1.5h,苯乙酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达90%以上。 Acetophenone ethylene glycol ketal was synthesized from acetophenone and ethyl glycol catalyzed by activated carbon supported phosphotungstic acid. Based on the results of affecting factors on the yield of product, optimal conditions were obtained as follows: n(acetophenone) : n (ethylene glycol)=1 : 1.2, catalyst load 12.5% (mass), cyelohexane (entrainer) 500 mL (per mol acetophenone) , reaction time 1.5 h. The product was achieved in 90% yield under optimal conditions.
