摘要
为制备强度较高、适合反冲洗的中空纤维膜,以水相悬浮聚合法制备得到UHMW-PAN,研究了引发剂用量、单体浓度、聚合温度、聚合时间、搅拌速度和聚合釜大小对聚合物分子量的影响。
The UHMW-PAN for hollow fiber membranes with high strength has been prepared by aqueous suspension polymerization.The effects of initiator content,monomer concentration,polymerization temperature,polymerization time,agitation speed and reactor volume on molecular weight of polymer have been studied.On the basis of experiment results,the optimum technology parameters preparing the UHMW-PAN have been determined.
