摘要
对涤锦复合分裂丝在纺丝过程中遇到的一些问题进行了分析，并对其工艺进行了调整。指出在该复合分裂丝生产中,纺丝温度及两种熔体流动性能的差异对POY可纺性和产品质量有重大影响。提出了解决办法。
The problems in spinning process of PET/PA6 split filament are analyzed, and the process is adjusted. We found that the spinnability and products quality are influenced greatly by the difference ofspinning temperature and two melts flow behaviour. Meantime, the solvent is put forward.
