国务院批准鼓励汽车“以旧换新”实施方案——“以旧换新”补贴范围扩大到几乎所有车型

State Council Approve Implement Plan for the Program of Old Vehicles Scrapping and Buying

2009年5月19日，国务院常务会议研究部署鼓励汽车、家电“以旧换新”政策措施，决定采用财政补贴方式，鼓励汽车“以旧换新”，2009年中央财政将老旧汽车报废更新补贴资金从10亿元增加到50亿元。6月1日，国务院批准国家发改委、财政部、商务部、工信部、环保部的《促进扩大内需，鼓励汽车、家电“以旧换新”实施方案》（简称《实施方案》），以国办发[2009]44号文件印发，要求各地、各部门贯彻实施。2009年6月3日，中央政府门户网站予以全文公布。

June 1, 2009, the Administrative Office of the State Council had issued the determination on 'Implement Plan for the Program of Old Vehicles Scrapping and Buying'. The plan is to increase the range of quali ed candidates for governmental subsidy for old vehicle scrapping and buying, and the total investment on such subsidy was jumped to 5 billion RMB from the original 1 billion.
