我国北方等较寒冷地区的自卸车在冬季运输易于冻结的物料时，如果物料在货厢内冻结，在举升倾卸时，因其不易下滑，造成货厢内存货，严重时还可能由于重心偏移导致安全事故。用户迫切需要解决物料与货厢冻结的问题，提高自卸车的冬季作业效率和安全性。

This is an introduction of the key factors for designing of a kind of tipper with the heating oor provided by vent gas. The external design, and functions, such as lifting and unloading system, is the same as common tippers, but there is an extra vent-gas heating system that provides heating to the oor of the tipper.
