福田汽车和康明斯投入巨资共同打造的新一代2．8／3．8LISF系列高压直喷式轻型柴油机是由康明斯美国总部研发中心、欧洲研发中心和位于武汉的东亚研发中心联合研究开发的世界级产品，也是从未在包括美国本土在内的任何地方投产过的真正意义的全新产品，具有高起点、高性能和低排放等特点，能够满足国Ⅲ、国Ⅳ及更高的排放标准。
Foton Cummins ISF model 2.8/3.8 L is a 4-cylinder diesel engine with the power of 80~125 kW. Incorporated with the latest electronic control technology, this model of series has many features, such as compacted design structures, light in self-weight, low-noise and reduced emission, etc. and is designed to meet the request of National Standard Ⅲ and Ⅳ , and beyond.
