影响尾叶桉酶解木素制备的因素研究

Study on factors of affecting the preparation of E.eucalyptus enzymolysis lignin

系统地研究了球磨预处理时间、纤维素酶用量、酶解时间、底物浓度等因素对尾叶桉原料酶解的影响，并提出一个适宜的分离层叶桉酶解木素的方法。

Effects of various factors such as the time of ball milling, enzyme charge,substrate concentration, enzymolysis time have been studied systematicly.And a suitabe preparation condition of lignin of E. eucalyptus by enzymolysis has been suggested.
