摘要
大学生就业难问题在当前严峻的经济形势下更加突出。在短时间宏观经济状况无法得到根本改变的情况下,从个体行动出发,以大学生求职行为为研究对象,在理性选择理论框架内,探讨大学生求职者在目标确定、资本积累等方面存在的问题,为大学生有目的、有效率的求职活动提出建议。大学生求职者并非原子化的个体,其行为决策受到社会文化环境、社会结构地位、教育背景等因素的影响,政府部门、学校及家庭也应围绕支持、帮助大学生求职者理性就业做出相应的改变。
It will be a chilly year for China's employment market in 2009 amid the worsening global financial crisis and thousands of fresh university graduates are likely to be worst hit by the gloomy labor market. This paper attempts to expound the job-hunting behavior of the graduates with rational choice theory, based upon the individual actions. It takes Methodological Individualism as the research method and is considered that individual actions are all purposefully. In the rational choice theory, there are two factors of a action system, the actor and the resource. The graduates should act purposefully and accumulate resources efficiently in jobhunting.
