摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,结合自身习练太极拳的体会,分析太极拳"用意不用力"的内涵、特点、健身生理机制及健身作用,指出太极拳"用意不用力"的技术要求对人体的身心健康有着良好的积极影响。
By the use of literature, expert interviews, combined with their experience of practising Taijiquan, this paper analyzes the connotation, characteristic, physiological mechanism and fitness function of "using yi without exerting oneself". It also points out that the technical requirements of Taijiquan has a good positive impact on man's physical and mental Health.
