健康体检抽血晕针综合征的相关因素分析及护理对策

Analyses on Correlative Factors and Nursing Strategies of Syncope Syndrome while Taking Blood in Physical Examination

目的探讨健康体检者抽血晕针综合征的相关因素及其护理对策。方法根据63例抽血晕针综合征的临床资料,分别在性别、年龄、是否空腹、是否首次抽血等方面对其原因进行分析,并提出护理对策。结果抽血晕针综合征与年龄、性别、心理因素、护士的言行及操作技术密切相关。结论良好安静的环境,护士良好的技术及态度,抽血前、中、后的心理指导,消除刺激因素,是降低抽血晕针综合征发生的有效措施。

Objective To investigate the correlative factors and nursing strategies in physical examination. Methods The clinical records of 63 cases of syncope syndrome while taking blood were analyzed in age,sex,on whether an empty stomach or not,the first time or not and other factors to propose the nursing strategies. Results The syncope syndrome in taking blood was closely related with sex,age,the psychological factors,the nurse＇s words and deeds,and the skills of operation.Conclusion The effective measures against syncope syndrome in taking blood include quiet environment,kind manners and skilled operation of nurses, psychological instruction before, during and after taking blood and elimination of stimulating factors.
