目前,我国的高职教育经过十几年的快速发展,高职院校正处于由外延扩张向内涵发展转变的关键时期,迫切需要引入战略管理的理念和方法,加强高职院校的战略管理。通过分析、探讨高职院校战略管理的内涵和作用,进而对高职院校亟需解决的几个战略管理问题进行了阐述。
