“2+1”模式下高职院校实践教学管理的思考

The Thought of Practical Teaching Management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Mode of "Two plus One"

实践教学是高职院校内涵建设中非常重要的方面,实践教学质量是高职院校办学水平和教育教学质量的重要标志,也是人才培养质量的关键。在高职"2+1"人才培养模式中,一年的顶岗实习,对培养学生的综合能力至关重要。但其教学管理中存在着一些问题,所以要完善实践教学管理体系,加强实践教学的文案、运行、考核、保障体系建设等方面的管理。

Practical teaching is the very important aspect in connotation construction of higher vocational college.Practical teaching quality is the important symbol of running higher vocational college＇s level and educational teaching quality,and is also the key of talents＇training quality.Under the talents training mode of ＂two plus one＂in higher vocational colleges,one-year employing practice plays and important role in training students＇ comprehensive ability,but there still exist some problems in its teaching management.Therefore,we should perfect practical teaching management system,and strengthen the management of practical teachingi n the aspect of copy writing,performance,check,and guarantee system construction.
