Analyzing Employment Difficulties of College Students and Guiding Strategy Study

在世界各国经济低迷的时期,受就业冲击首先就是缺乏工作经验的大学生群体,这种情况原本就是市场经济条件下的正常现象,我们不能回避、只有面对挑战。从大学生就业现状、大学生就业的问题和大学生就业的对策等三个方面进行了阐释,以期为大学生就业、择业、创业提供参考价值。

In the time of economic downturn all over the world,the group of college students who lack of work experience suffer from employment impact firstly,which is the normal situation under the condition of market economy.Therefore,we cannot avoid it ,but we have to face the challenge.This paper analyzes in three aspects,including the employment condition of college students,the problem of college students,and the strategy of college students with a view for college students＇employment,choosing job and creating job to provide a good reference.
