Some Thoughts of the Counselor Work in Higher Vocational College under the New Situation

通过对高职院校辅导员工作的阐述,指出了高职院校辅导员工作的重点,要加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作。所采取的具体措施有三个方面,加强常规管理,促进行为规范,加强就业指导。这样才能做好辅导员工作,为办好人民满意的高职教育做贡献。

This paper discusses the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges,and points out the emphasis of counselors＇ work.We should strengthen and improve the thought political educational work of college students,and adopt three aspects＇ concrete measures,including strengthening routin management,promoting behavior criterion,and strengthening employment guidance .Only this can the work of counselors be done well,so as to make contribution for people＇s satisfied higher vocational education.
