闵浦二桥主桥索塔锚固区足尺节段模型试验研究

摘要 索塔锚固区是斜拉桥关键受力部位,单纯的计算分析很难全面反映结构的实际工作状态和应力分布。介绍了上海闵浦二桥斜拉桥主桥索塔锚固区足尺节段模型试验的过程和成果,试验结果表明模型在1.0P的顶推荷载作用下,结构仍处于弹性工作状态下,2.0P荷载作用下结构开裂,模型具有足够的安全度。同时建立索塔单节段和多节段有限元计算分析模型,结果表明单节段试验模型可取,计算结果和试验结果吻合程度较好,计算结果用于实桥评估是偏安全的。 The anchorage zone of cable stayed bridge pylon is the key location which can not get accurate stress state with calculation method for their complex working condition and stress distribution.The Shanghai MinPu Second Bridge,a cable-stayed bridge as a study object,fullscale segmental model of anchorage zone was constructed and tested.The experimental results show that the model in 1.0 P pushing loads, the structure is still in elastic work condition.Although under 2.0P load structure model has enough safety degree with cracks.Cable pylon single segment and segments finite element calculation analysis show that the model of single segment model experiment results are acceptable in accord with calculation analysis,and can be used as the reference to evaluate the safety degree of bridge.
