摘要
以SMA-13和SAC-13两种级配为研究对象,分别成型试件进行车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲强度试验、小梁弯曲疲劳试验和人工铺砂试验,得到动稳定度、劈裂强度比、应变能密度、构造深度等指标,比较了SMA和SAC的路用性能。结果表明:SMA的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能、耐疲劳性能和抗滑性能都要优于SAC,而它们的水稳定性能相当。通过综合性能比较可以看出二者的性价比相当。
Choosing SMA-13 and SAC-13 as study objects,the rutting test,freeze-thaw splitting test,Low-temperature flexural strength test,bending fatigue test and sand patch test are conducted to obtain such indexes as dynamic stability,splitting intensity ratio,strain energy density and texture depth,and then the road performances of SMA and SAC are compared by these indexes.The results show that the high temperature stability,low-temperature anti-cracking performance,fatigue resistance and sliding resistance of SMA are better than those of SAC,but the water stability of both is equivalent.So the two mixtures have nearly same performance/price ratio.
