根据农村公路的特殊性和农村的实际,分析了农村公路质量管理体系的三要素,并建立了其总体架构,在此基础上,结合上海市南汇区在实施农村公路质量管理过程中所采取的措施和取得的经验,探讨农村公路质量管理的方法和措施,为其他地区在农村公路建设的质量管理方面提供有益的参考。

According to the specificity of rural roads and rural realities,three elements of rural road quality management system are analyzed, and its general framewore is established.Based on these,this paper discussed the measures and experience gained from Shanghai Nanhui District rural road quality management,which can provide a useful reference for other areas.
