摘要
过度地关注评价的奖惩性,忽视教师的发展,我国的教师评价实践严重地偏离了评价的理念,造成了教师主体地位的缺失,评价及结果反馈的无效。为更好地促进教师乃至教育的发展,应树立面向教师发展的评价理念,构建加强教师主体性、重视自我评价的奖惩与发展相结合的评价制度,探寻使教师评价实践走出困境的方法。
The practice of teachers levaluation seriously deviated from the concept of evaluation in China. Excessive attentions to the evaluation of rewards and punishments and ignoring the teacher's development have resuited in the loss of the dominant position of teachers and inefficacy of evaluation and feedback results. In order to promote the development of teachers as well as education, we should accept the concept of the evaluation that oriented to teachers" development and constitute the evaluation system that strengthens the subjectivity of teacher and attaches importance to the combination of rewards and punishments in self - evaluation, and then seek the way to make the practice of teachers' evaluation out of the predicament.
