摘要
通过对"5·12"汶川地震后的心理援助实践,得出心理剧疗法是对震后丧恸者缓解忧伤、恐惧、愤怒、自责等不良情绪,以及帮助他们重塑生活的信心、重构生活的意义有良好的效果。主要治疗步骤包括建立安全信任感、引导情绪宣泄、举行告别仪式、与新生活联结。
With post-earthquake mental assistance offered to the bereaved, it is observed that psycho- drama could effectively relieve the ill feelings of the bereaved and help them rebuild their confidence in life and appreciate the significance of their lives in different perspectives. The main theraputic procedures in- clude developing a sense of trust, helping with catharsis, holding a farewell ceremony, and assisting them in stepping into the coming new life.
