摘要
进入老年公寓开展社会工作服务是社会工作专业的重要内容之一,也是将理论知识运用于实践的一个平台。文章阐述了小组工作方法在老年公寓中的具体应用,包括小组工作方法组前准备技巧和组中同理心等技巧的运用,以及在老年公寓实习中需要注意的问题。
To provide social work service in the nursing home is part of the important content of social work program, and a platform where theoretical knowledge can be put into practice. The authors demon- strate how group-work method was applied in the nursing home, including the specific application of prepa- ration skills for the establishment of the group and empathy skills among the group members, as well as all the problems one has to be confronted with over his or her practice in the nursing home.
