不同大豆品种萌发期耐盐性的比较 被引量:5

摘要 分别用不同浓度的NaC l溶液处理10个大豆品种种子,测定其发芽率、盐害指数、相对胚轴长、相对胚根长和相对胚根鲜重。结果表明,随着NaC l浓度增大,对种子发芽的抑制作用明显增强。在供试的10个大豆品种中,不同大豆品种种子发芽受盐胁迫抑制的程度不同,其中耐盐性强的品种为铁丰31号,耐盐性弱的品种为开育12号和通农13号。 The ten soybean varieties were treated with different NaC1 concentrations (0, 50, 100 and 150mmol/L) during germination stage. Effects of NaC1 stresses on the seed germination, salt indexes, relative hy- pocotyl length, relative radicle length and relative radicle fresh weight of these varieties were studied. The results showed that the seed germination characters were restrained to varied extents with the stresses, further, as NaCI concentration rose, the inhibitive effects obviously increased. The germination rates of ten varieties were generally declined. Comparably indicated that Tiefeng31hao was well -salt tolerance, Kaiyu12hao and Tongnong13hao wer-n' t good for salt - tolerance.
