职业生涯管理,是人类社会发展到一定阶段而出现的一种全新的管理理念和管理模式。结合我国高职教育发展要求,把职业生涯管理应用到高校教师身上,通过职业生涯管理使教师在满足自身愿望、实现自身价值的同时也为学校的发展充分发挥自己的聪明才智,实现教师与学校的共赢。高职院校教师的职业生涯管理必须首先转变思维方式,树立职业生涯理念,帮助教师设置职业发展目标,并用其所长,注重教师的继续教育。

Career management is a new concept and model of management which appears when human society developed into a certain stage. It is necessary to apply career management in high vocational colleges, it enables teacher to achieve this own value while making contribution to the development of his college. The main tasks of career management in colleges are ： Changing the made of thinking, setting the concept of career management, helping teachers set the goal of their career development and paying attention to the continuing education of teachers.
