In this paper, based on analyzing the major factors that have an effect or impact on the multi-cam- pus instruction-management, we put forward the strate- gy：building a case-based reasoning expert system. We introduce the system＇s overall structure and working principle, and gives concrete examples. Through the ad- vantages of case - based reasoning and the knowledge base we can share instruction-knowledge and instruc- tion - information, provide the best education - services to teachers and students.
