摘要
随着社会的发展,科技的进步,教学改革的深入,教师权威受到了巨大的挑战。教师权威是教师在教学过程中产生的使学生信从的教育力量,是一个不依赖任何强制性手段的影响力,具有目的性、内隐性、综合性、互动性等特征。教师权威的价值取向不是支配、控制学生,而是影响、引导学生,一切为了学生的健康、快乐、自由的发展。本文就教师权威的现状及其特征予以分析,并提出了重建现代教师权威的建设性策略。
With the development of society, progress of technology, deepening education reformation, the authority of teachers has confronted enormous challenges. Teacher authority is a kind of strength that makes students believe and obedient teachers. It is also a kind of strength without depending on any force means, with the features as prupose, recessive, cimprehensive and interactive. The authority which generated in the process does not depend on any of mandatory means. The value orientation of teacher's authority is not dominate and control the students, but aims to influence and guide them to lead a life of joy, health, freedom. This paper aims at the current situation and features of teacher authority analysises, constructive strategy of modem teacher' authority.
