分析了工程造价专业人才能力培养的现状,并借鉴RICS、PAQS对于工料测量师知识结构和能力标准要求;提出了工程造价专业人才能力培养体系研究思路,进而对工程造价专业人才培养、能力标准、课程设置与教学改革进行了深入分析研究,形成了工程造价专业人才培养主要课程体系的新方案。

This paper analyzes actuality of bringing up project cost personal ability, and consults standard requested by bringing up actuality and knowledge framework of quantity surveyor in RICS and PAQS. Research method of bringing up project cost personal ability system is brought forward in this thesis. Moreover, research conclusion is gained though deeply discussing about bringing up project cost personal, ability standard, setring course system and teaching innovation. The final research conclusion is the new scheme of setting major course system about bringing up project cost personal ability.
