摘要
目的:观察可必特气泵吸入、非那根定喘穴封闭治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将毛细支气管炎患儿124例随机均分2组。观察组(n=62)在常规治疗的基础上加入气泵吸入可必特溶液,同时非那根定喘穴封闭治疗,对照组(n=62)仅按常规治疗。结果:观察组、治疗组有效率分别为93.55%、79.03%。两组住院时间分别为(4.04±2.14)d、(7.35±2.33)d。观察组在症状和体征改善、住院时间缩短方面均优于对照组(χ2=5.522,P<0.05)。结论:可必特气泵雾化、非那根定喘穴封闭治疗毛细支气管炎有较好的效果。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of inhalation of combivent and acupuncture points injected with phynegan.Methods:122 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups, including treatment group(n=62) and control group(n=62). Both of groups were treated with comprehensive therapy, and Treatment group was treated with inhalation of combivent and acupuncture points injected with phynegan.The clinical effects were evaluated.Results:The therapeutic rates of treatment group and control group were 93.55% and 79.03%, respectively, both were significantly different from each other (P<0.05).The symptoms and course in the two groups demonstrated significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:It is effective to treat, bronchiolitis with inhalation of combivent and acupuncture points injected with phynegan.
