调节性T细胞在自身免疫系统中的作用

摘要 免疫系统的稳态控制对机体至关重要。1970年代,就发现了一种具有免疫抑制性质的T细胞一调节性T细胞(regulatory Tcell,Treg),近年来成了免疫学领域研究的热点。现就调节性T细胞(Treg)在自身免疫系统中作用的相关文献作一综述。
