摘要
四川汶川大地震给四川旅游及餐饮业造成了重大损失,本文通过大量的统计数据阐述了地震周年九寨沟景区的餐饮状况、地震后国家对旅游景区的政策支持、九寨沟旅游景区餐饮企业的自救情况等,并对振兴九寨沟旅游景区的餐饮提出了具体对策。
Wenchuan earthquake brought great losses to the tourism and catering industry in Sichuan. With a lot of statistical data this paper expounds the situation of catering industry in Jiuzhai Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area on the anniversary of Wenchuan earthquake,policy support from the government after the earth- quake and the self - help from the catering industry. Meanwhile the paper proposes specific countermeasures to reinvigorate the catering industry in Jiuzhai Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area.
