金融危机引发的农民工就业思考

Thinking about Migrant Workers' Employment Triggered by Financial Crisis

随着开放程度提高,国外危机频繁"传染"我国,对我国经济造成了巨大损失;同时,也对我国农民工就业提出了严峻的挑战。本文以2008年金融危机对我国农民工就业的影响为例,主要从农民工就业统计方法、农民工劳动保障预警和应急机制、农民工社会保障政策、扶农就业财政政策4个方面,探讨如何制定一套长期的、稳定的农民工就业政策以保证其充分就业。

With the opening and reform, our domestic economy was frequently＂ infected＂ by foreign crises, which have brought great losses to our economy and have challenged migrant workers＇ employment. Taking the effect of 2008 financial crisis on migrant workers＇ employment for example, this thesis mainly discusses how to form a long -term and stable employment policy to ensure the full - employment of migrant workers from manifold perspectives ： method of statistics for migrant workers＇ employment, migrant workers＇ labor security warning and emergency mechanism, migrant workers＇ social security policy, and the fiscal policy of supporting migrant worker＇s employment.
